Creative Director
Since 1991, Tracey has been a key player of the agency's creative team. She supervises the art department staff and is responsible for creative direction and execution.
Tracey is responsible for the creative development of all the agency's communications materials, and works closely with the creative staff and freelance talent to develop eye-catching graphics and creative concepts.
Tracey began her career at Beckman Associates in 1985 working on clients such as Stratton Mountain Resort, Sugarbush Resort, Columbia Bicycles and Freihofer Baking Company.
Some of the major consumer communications campaigns she has art directed at Rueckert Advertising include CDPHP, Baystate Health System, Freihofer Baking Company, GHI HMO, Wellcare of New York, Albany IVF, 1st National Bank of Scotia, HESC, and the New York State Public Service Commission.
Through the years, Tracey's talent has not gone unnoticed. Her work has been recognized in numerous regional and national design and marketing competitions.
A resident of North Greenbush, Tracey is a 1984 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in fine arts, she has more than 20 years' agency design experience.
