Richelle has been office manager and a key member of the Rueckert Advertising team since 1995. In her day-to-day responsibilities, Richelle wears many hats and is able to switch gears at a moment's notice.
When she's not answering incoming calls, maintaining a database for more than 50 clients, supporting the media department, or handling the agency's payables and receivables, she's probably acting as an account executive for a client job that requires a quick turnaround.
A graduate of the Junior College of Albany, Richelle spent the first four years of her career at The Agency in Schenectady. She formerly worked as office manager at Luyk, Miller, Pelton Advertising.
