Overview
Started as a building materials vendor in the 1930's by Karl A. Paulsen, a young German immigrant, Paulsen Development Co., has grown to become one of the Capital Region's leading developers, constructing housing and apartment communities and developing and managing commercial complexes.
Rueckert Advertising recently overhauled Paulsen's Web site (paulsendev.com) as part of the company's overarching marketing strategy. The redesigned site details the company's home communities, apartment complexes and commercial properties. It also includes the company's step-by-step building timeline; provides an interactive community map showing existing, in-progress and new communities; and, features testimonials from countless satisfied customers.
