Overview
The New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) helps people pay for college by administering the Tuition Assistance Program, guaranteeing student loans, offering guidance and administering a highly successful College Savings program for students and agencies.
Working with HESC's in-house IT department, Rueckert Advertising created a new Web site with easier navigation, targeted content and quick links for students and parents. Upgrades to the site include special pages for students, families and counselors; college administrators; and lenders.
The site's home page sports a cleaner, streamlined design, making it easier to navigate. Students and parents can also use "hot buttons" to quickly complete and sign their electronic master promissory note, apply for the Tuition Assistance Program or login to their accounts.
