A LANDMARK PR CAMPAIGN

Riverview Center, the former Montgomery Ward & Co. building on Broadway in Menands, hired us to help raise awareness about the 450,000-square-feet of available Class B space it has to offer local businesses and high-tech firms relocating to Tech Valley.

After a month of publicizing the 75-year-old building's technological advances, which include wireless Internet access, New York City loft-style accommodations and recent Empire Zone designation, we secured feature articles in the Times Union and Empire Business, stories on Capital News 9, WRGB-6 and Time Warner’s Capital & Commerce show, radio interviews and speaking engagements.

This publicity has helped to significantly raise the building's profile and led to numerous leads for the eight-floor concrete structure built as one of nine U.S. distribution centers for the former catalog giant.
