Rueckert Advertising & Public Relations, Inc. Names Mather Director of Marketing

Rueckert Advertising & Public Relations Inc., a 20-year-old full-service marketing communications firm, has named Linda Mather of Clifton Park director of marketing.
In her new role, Mather will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and managing accounts. She will develop strategic marketing plans, provide leadership to the agency's team through the tactical execution of client projects, as well as serve as the primary liaison between agency team members and clients.
"We are delighted to welcome Linda to our team," said Rueckert Advertising President Dean A. Rueckert. "Her expertise developing and implementing marketing plans for clients in the business-to-business, higher education and non-profit sectors is a huge asset in helping our clients achieve success."
Mather, who has 20 years of marketing experience, previously held account management positions at other Capital Region marketing firms, where she managed an array of clients, including AWS Truepower, Siemens, Plug Power, SUNY Plattsburgh and Empire State College.
She is a past president of the NY Capital Region chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA). In 2005, The Business Review recognized her as a "40 under Forty" award winner for her business accomplishments and community involvement.
She is a 1992 graduate of St. Bonaventure University and earned an MBA from The College of Saint Rose in 1996.
