Rueckert Advertising welcomes
Jason Rueckert as art director

The youngest son of company President Dean A. Rueckert, Jason comes to the Loudonville firm having spent the last six years in various agency and in–house corporate ad agencies in Florida.

Most recently, Jason worked as a senior designer at Office Depot, Inc., one of the world’s largest sellers of office products.  Based at the company’s worldwide headquarters in Delray Beach, he led the company’s corporate collateral direct mail team. Prior to that, Jason art directed creative, photography and digital retouching on direct mail pieces, tri–folds, trade show booths, stationery and logos for Boca Raton–based medical staffing firm, Media Crew One.

The Albany resident has also held positions at other in–house corporate ad agencies, including sporting goods superstore The Sports Authority and Enhancement Services Corporation, which provides targeted loyalty consulting and travel, as well as gift card and merchandise reward programs, to more than 40 national and regional financial institutions in the United States, including two top–ten banks.

"When I started this firm in 1991 it was always my hope to have my sons eventually work with me here after they had an opportunity to gain experience elsewhere," said Dean, whose eldest son, Chris, joined the 14–person agency in 2002 as an account executive and today is in charge of nurturing and developing new business. "With Jason returning to the Capital Region after honing his skills in Florida, I’m confident that we’ll continue to provide our clients with outstanding creative campaigns that deliver solid results."

He is a 2000 graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in graphic design.
