Sarah Madsen
In her account executive role, Sarah oversees the strategic development and day–to–day activities for various agency accounts such as New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC)and Senior Whole Health. She also heads up the agency media department developing and implementing statewide media buys for agency accounts. In addition, she plays a key role in new business initiatives.
Sarah was also responsible for the strategic development, implementation and management of NYSERDA's Low Income Public Awareness Campaign in 2001 and the NYS Education Department's Summer Food Service Program's outreach to TANF eligible families in 2003.
Sarah joined the agency in 1999, having previously worked as an account executive at other agencies. She has managed a variety of clients including Adelphi University, The Berkshire Theatre Festival, SEFCU, Empire Corporate FCU, and Greylock Federal Credit Union – an account for which she was honored with the 1999 Mark of Excellence Award from the American Marketing Association.
She holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Emerson College in Boston. Sarah is an active member of the advertising community, serving on the board of The Ad Club and donating her time to many Ad Club committees and key events such as the annual NORI awards.
